Butchers And Wild Mountain Bikers

Veggie and Bobbie quickly painted flowers and peace signs over the Wachemall Inc and Us Machine and Motorcycle logos on one of the company pick-ups, gathered some tools and headed to Greensboro picking up Katei and Carole on the way. But before they left they wired a series of hidden switches beside the drivers seat.

The switches allowed Bobbie to simulate engine problems with the truck. They drove until they found where the Duke's butchers were cutting down trees then let Veggie out just up the street before driving on to where the Duke's butchers were working. Bobbie would then flip the first switch causing the truck to backfire and cut off.

The three girls would then get out of the truck, raise the hood and stand there looking helpless. It only took a minute before the butchers laid down their chainsaws and other weapons of mass destruction and came over to see what was the matter. Over the course of the next hour or so the 3 girls would flirt with the thugs as they attempted to diagnose what was wrong with the truck but each time one of the thugs thought he had it figured out, Bobbie would flip a different switch and a different problem would appear. All the while, as Bobbie, Katei and Carole kept the butchers' attentions, Veggie was busy disabling their trucks, tractors, chippers, chainsaws and other weapons of mass destruction.

They managed to seek out and disable several of the Duke's crews of butchers but as luck would have it the Duke energy was greater. When the girls got out of their truck in the Westerwood neighborhood someone shouted, "There they are, get 'em!" and before they knew it they were surrounded by angry butchers armed with chainsaws and other weapons of mass destruction.

"Wow," Katei said, "I always wanted to star in a slasher flic."

"This is the real deal," one really big and extremely ugly butcher said. "This is fixing to get real messy."

"I hope you're up to it," Bobbie smiled.

"The Duke is really mad," another said, "He wants us to bring you to see him personally."

"That's easier said than done," Carole laughed as she threw the first kick!

The fight lasted for several minutes with the girls inflicting some serious damage on the butchers but in the end they were outnumbered and overpowered. The butchers tied their hands and started leading them to a truck when suddenly a vine came down from a tree, wrapped around the butchers' necks and lifted them up into the few remaining trees, "Aieeeeeeeee!" Veggie cried as he swung down from the tree.

"Are we glad to see you," Bobbie grinned.

"Sorry it took me so long," Veggie smiled, "I don't move as fast as I used to."

"You came," said Katei, "and that's all that matters."

"Amen," Carole agreed. "Amen."

Knowing he'd be found walking the halls and knowing that sooner or later the duct works would lead him nearer to the outside of the structure as long as he kept the air blowing in his face, Donny made his way through the building's air conditioning system. The farther he went the bigger the ducts became so he knew he was getting closer to the the beginning. Finally, after what seemed like days he came to the blower. "End of the road," Donny said to himself. "Now I turn around and walk back to the nearest exit and see what's there."

Steve and Wooley touched down on a private runway just outside of Denver, Colorado where Epa and several of his associates were waiting including a licensed professional pilot. The loaded a number of items on the plane, refueled and took to the air in a return flight. At 30,0000 feet the return trip would be considerably faster than the low altitude following the highway flying Wooley and Steve were accustomed to.

I didn't have a lot of room to get up to speed so jumping the snow bank wasn't an option. I accelerated as fast as the Veggicycle could take me on the icy trail through first, second and into third gear giving it everything I had, raising the front wheel off the ground and crashing into the snow bank full speed ahead. We stopped at least 5 feet short of making it all the way through. "What now?" the motorcycle asked.

"Oh man that hurt!" I shouted. "As soon as I'm able to get up I'll walk back and get the shovel."

"You just do that," the motorcycle replied.
